Minigame - The Phrase

I have PM'd each player with a word, resulting in 7 words. The 7 words form a phrase. The first player to post the full phrase in this thread receives 20 points.

Q: Is it possible for the phrase to be rearranged to form another phrase, and if so, will either be accepted?
A: Yes, as long as all seven words are in it.

To prevent me from having to respond to all 7 word answers, please state your answer as follows:
The phrase is: "Word1 word2 word3 word4 word5 word6 word7"

The phrase is: Home is where you hang your head

The phrase is: A man's homeland is wherever he prospers.

The phrase is: My home isn't a place, it's people.

The phrase is: Good homes must be made, not bought

The phrase was: "The sky was clear and bright blue."

That, is honestly the lamest phrase. Considering it's a LGT I was expecting something like "Keep your friends close but your enemies closer" (8 words) or maybe a riddle like
What must a queen/king possess in order to truly rule her people?
A queen/king must possess nothing to rule because s/he has to give everything s/he has to her/his people. Even her life. and then make it liar game related

It's nearing the end. It was a mere minigame just to pass some time. I think the phrase was fine.

The phrase would have been "The sky that morning was clear and bright blue", but it was too long. It's from a speech/speaker recognition database. That particular line makes it into every frigging listening test. So, I can end up hearing it and one other phrase 150 times each.

It kinda ends up stuck in my head.
